Testimonials:

I would like to say thanks for a great product. I purchased a SE9500C winch last winter and mounted it on a '97 Jeep Wrangler Sport. So far it has been an awesome tool! I've used it for self-recovery and recovery of others. I've even used it to up root a row of matured bushes along the side of a friend's driveway! (Another story but some of the bushes were big enough to drag my Jeep across the pavement: E braked, me standing on the foot brake, and tires blocked.)

My latest venture was last Monday evening when my son and I went down to the local reservoir to take the boat out for a spin. I had put my boat in the water and had went to park my Jeep at the parking lot. When I returned to the docks I was approached by a male and was asked to back his pickup and trailer into the water. The pickup is described to be an early/mid 90's full-size extended cab pickup. Attached to the pickup was an 16-18 foot boat with trailer. I obliged and did as he asked. I backed the man's pickup and trailer down the boat ramp and stopped before the trailer went into the water. I shifted the pickup into park, set the e-brake, reminded the man to put his boat's drain plug in, and then I headed out.

My son and I made a lap around the perimeter of the reservoir. When we returned to the docks, we saw the same pickup completely in the water! The only thing exposed of the pickup was the very top of the tailgate! Unfortunately the reservoir is in a canyon where there is no cell phone service and the closest available tow truck would be approximately an hour out.

I docked my boat and told the male to hold on and we'll try to recover his pickup. By the time I got up to the parkinglot and got my Jeep down the boat ramp the pickup was completely submerged! The only thing you could see from the end of the dock was the top of the trailer fenders and tail lamps in the water.
Fortunately there were several patrons who were willing to help. One male volunteered to use his SUV as an anchor for me and several other males volunteered to help pull my winch cable and hook it on to the submerged pickup. We pretty much unwound the whole spool to the last row just to reach the back of the boat trailer. The water current had turned the pickup and trailer around and pointed the pickup and trailer away from the shore.
Gladly to say we were able to recover the pickup and trailer out of the water and up the boat ramp using nothing but the winch.
As for the winch it never got hot, never quit or hick-up'd, and pulled like a champ! Didn't even have to use a snatch block!

Your brand winch has never ceased to amaze me and has yet to let me down. You guys make an awsome product and for the price it makes it a SWEET deal!
For the Fellas who come across this letter and are looking for a winch with a decent $ tag, Mile Marker is the way to go!!!

I own a 2000 Ford Super Duty w/ a 9000 pound milemarker electric winch, I previously owned a Warn but burned the motor up doing a basic pull. The 9000 pound winch was originally on my smaller 2000 Silverado and when I sold that truck and put it on my Superduty I thought it wasnt gonna be strong enough to winch that 3/4 ton truck. I recently went down to a local creek bed and winched a buddy out in a '86 Chevrolet pickup (no problem for the Mile Marker). The real test came when I buried the F250 down to the frame so far you couldnt see the running boards in the sand. That milemarker winch with a pulley block hooked to another truck that we had to sink up to the frame also just to get enough leverage to pull the Superduty out with, the winch did all this with no problem. It pulled the Superduty on the frame in the creek bed for about 50 feet and you could still put your hand on the motor. We did a pull for about 30 minutes easing the truck up out the creek bed until it was free. I just want to say I appreciate the great product you guys produce and you have a customer for life. All my trucks from now on will a have a Mile Marker winch on front leading the way.

I purchased the 8000 electric for my jeep and must say it is a winner! I have used it sucessfully 4 times off road now and each time it worked flawlessly. I also used it to pull out shrubs around the house and the wife was amazed at how easily it worked. We even used it to pull an old deck (10x12) from the side of the house. It was nailed with 8 12" aluminum nails to the house and even after the posts were cut it wouldn't budge that is until I hoooked the winch to it. Just want to say Warn may have the name brand name recognition (with sticker shock to boot) but that is all they have. Thanks for providing a simple yet very reliable and inexpensive winch to the market. It's multipurpose use has been very rewarding.

WOW!!! Just go the comparison video...Makes me like you guys even more. I bought a mile marker SE 9500. I have used it 3 times and has not failed me yet. I love it. After they tried to sell me a warn for about 15 minutes I still wanted the mile marker. The sales man looked at me and said..."OK...but when you break it come back and get a warn." I can tell you that IF I break it I will be buying the hydro version of this same winch...Would have bought it instead but did not know all the information and perks to the hydro version. I love your winches and will stand by them for years to come.

Thank You!!!,

Dear Entire Mile Marker Winch Company,

I would like to personally thank you for replacing my winch after it got destroyed in hurricane Katrina. Ya'll are a First Class Company and I have recommended ya'll to every one I know. I will make sure that my next vehicle's winch will be a Mile Marker because I know ya'll are a step ahead of all the other companies.

Thanks,

Hello,

Just wanted to thank you for making such a high quality winch. I recently purchased a E9000 winch and just had my first opportunity to try it out. I was out in the mud with two others and all three of us were buried to the frame at the same time. We only had one hope of getting out and that was to use a hand come-a-long to pull me backwards out of the hole I was in and winch the other two (Strapped together) at the same time. I didn't know if the winch could handle the job or not but we had to get them out. My Mile Marker winch pulled both of them out at the same time including a huge wall of mud behind the first Jeep (now only two wheel drive because of broken front axle) without any problems at all. Thank you again Mile Marker. I can't say enough about how impressed we all were with your winch. We worked it very hard as we had to make many full pulls to get them both to hard ground. I can't believe that it didn't burn up or just plain quit working. WOW! I'm pretty sure that you just sold two more winches after this one.

Can you please tell me how long that the winch can safely be run at one time. It sure seemed like we used it way to long without stopping to rest. It never seemed to get hot so we kept working it.

Thanks again,
M.

Hey Guys
I just wanted to let you know that the Mile Maker E12000 winch I purchased in Nov. of 04 is the baddest, strongest, and most durable winch I have ever used!

Not only have I used it on the trail, (8 90 plus feet pulls within a hour of a 10000lb plus hummer) but I have also used it at my home to pull a 22000lb bucket lift not once or twice but 12 times and this winch never lets up! (The bucket lift just sinks after a good rain. Go figure!)

And just so you know the 12000E replaced a Warn that I have never been real impressed with, considering the price!

Thanks for an awesome product!
Sincerely
M. W. - Peachtree City, GA

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for making such a great ATV winch. I purchased the PE2500 winch several months ago to mount on my 1998 Honda 300 4x4. I planned to use it mostly for light work such as pulling logs out of new trails. Then one day I was out in a Yamaha Rhino when it sunk so badly in a swampy area mud was oozing across the floorboard. This machine weighs 1,500 pounds loaded, and there was no way to get to it with anything big enough to pull it out. So I positioned my 300 in front of it, out of the mud and in a spot where I could chain the rear end to a big tree, and pulled out about 20 feet of cable to reach the Rhino. I knew there was no way that the winch would be able to pull it, as deep as it was sunk and as much suction as this mud had, but to my surprise (and relief) it drug it out of the muck without any overheating or much strain at all. Needless to say I am now a firm believer in Mile Marker winches.

Thanks again,

Florida Land of swamps, mud, everglades and alligators. I have a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and use it as a daily driver. It is completely stock, except for some Shrockworks sliders, a Hanson Enterprises bumper and now, a Mile Marker 10500 lb Hydraulic winch. See photos and review at www.signalzero.com/milemarker.htm Mark Dougan, Wellington, FL

I just wanted to let you know just how happy I am with my E9000 winch. I've had it mounted on my Jeep now for almost a year and it continues to amaze me everytime I use it. I've pulled out numerous vehicles (never needed it for my own recovery, go figure) with absolute ease. One of my friends absolutely burried a 4x4 one ton dodge and we thought we would never get it out. It took the mile marker all of about 3 minutes to get him going again. Everyone I've pulled out has assured me they won't own anything but a mile marker. I would have to agree. Thanks again for building the best winches money can buy. J.N., Tampa, Fl

Crew at Mile Marker,
I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Recently I purchased your 9000# Electric winch and am extremely please with it. The main reason for contacting you is to let you know how much of a pleasure it has been doing business with you. Several times I had to call in with questions during the installation process regarding my custom mounting plate, solenoid location, length of power wires among many others. Every time I called you were unbelievably pleasant and patient. Your explanations and advise were clear and correct. You made me feel as if I was the most important customer you had. Thank you for being there for the customer. Recently I had some questions on the measurements for the bolt holes on your roller fairlead compared to my hawse as I am considering changing over but was unsure if it would work on my particular mounting plate. To the best of my knowledge a gentleman named Steve actually went out to the shelf and brought both fairleads to his desk to help answer my questions. I am truly amazed at the quality and pride you have in customer service. Once again I would like to say Thank you to everyone that has assisted me. Great product, great customer service, you are #1 in my book. M.G.

I purchased a Mile Marker 9000lb electric winch, and I love it, I put it on my mud beater, and it works awesome, I love it. R.D. Panxsutawney, Pa.

To whom it may concern, I purchased a 8000 electric winch from 4 wheel parts in Austin a year ago.  I just wanted to let you know during a hard rain in our area my son called me and said that he and a couple of his buddies were stuck in a dry tank.  It wasn't dry anymore and was getting worse.  I pulled out a full size Ford Bronco out of a tank up the bank and over 100' away.  The winch never even grunted.  A great investment for me, I also have used it for other task that I would not have been able to do by myself.  Just wanted to let you know that I am working for yaw as a word of mouth salesman.  A great product. L.W.  Driftwood, Tx.

Just like to say i have the e9000 winch and i love it. I'm the president of a jeep club I'm Maryland i can say that the winch is awesome. i myself had to pull one of my members Chevy truck out of a mud pit in his back yard that a tow truck couldn't do it. the truck is a 250 two wheel drive bared to the bumper the 9000 pulled him out like it was nothing the tow truck driver was dumb founded his is a 12000e warn lol just like to say keep up the good work three other club members bought one as well even a warn owner bought one[sold him warn]he like the 3/8 cable then the warn 5/16 cable so this is my testimony to a great winch. J.G. Havre de Grace, Md.

Just came home from the Dixie Run 2004 in Tellico. It's a rather large 4wd event in the south east. I have a 2003 jeep rubicon with my 9000 lbs Mile Marker.
My friend was pulling a 30 ft fifth wheel trailer with a full size chevy truck. On the trailer was a jeep CJ and a Toyota 4runner. Both rather large, built for the off road. Each weighing approximately 4500 lbs. Well we are on our way as i said to the Dixie Run in Tellico, then on this short cut of a dirt road with switch backs. Well he miss judged the sharpness of the turn and the 3 tires of the trailer on the passenger side slide off the cliff. Before we knew it the tires are hanging off, the frame of the trailer is slowly sliding off the edge of the road way. Both vehicles that are being towed are beginning to slide down to the side. But luckily the straps are holding on. The front side of the trailer is bending into the bed of the truck. We exit the two people from the chevy truck and pull my winch cable out and hook it to the trailer utilizing a tree saver strap to the driver side rear frame of the trailer My jeep is then attached using another strap around a tree for an anchor point to assist to stabilize my Jeep. I was able to hold, then pull the trailer back several inches. (I couldn't hope to pull the trailer with approx 15,000 lbs back on to the road way all by my self.) We were then able to use the winches from the two trucks on the trailer to reach out and attach to trees father up and to the driver side to assist in stabilizing, to prevent the whole thing from falling down the TN mountain. We attempted several times to pull the trailer up, but eventually realized we needed even larger winches to complete the save. We called a local tow truck. While awaiting for the tow truck, we heard a large noise and saw my winch cable go flying by. But to my amazement the cable was fine, the tree saver strap had broken, which caused the cable to fly. Which caused the trailer to slide several inches down the mountain again. We attached another strap and pulled back the lost precious inches. Finally the tow truck arrived. Using the tow trucks' winch to lift the passenger rear side of the trailer up, we used my Mile Marker to pull the trailer back to the roadway. By doing this we were able to save a full size chevy truck, a oversized Jeep CJ, a oversized Toyota 4runner, and a 30 ft fifth wheel trailer After getting everything onto the roadway safe and sound, i heard the tow truck driver say to my friend, "I'd say, if it wasn't for his winch (my Mile Marker) you'd have lost the whole thing. That winch is what saved you."

This all took place on 09-30-04. I even have pictures before the tow truck arrived with all the winch cables strung out. Let me know if you would like to see them. This is a true story. Once again my Mile Marker winch pulled through to save the day. Thank you so much, and i'm sure an exceptionally large thank you from my friend for saving everything!!!!!!!!. P.F.  Kingston, Tn.

I have a 9000E and I love it, I have actually never used it to pull me out, but I have used it 15 times in the last 2 weeks to pull 15 different people out at our local 4wd spot, Hollister Hills OHV Park, in Hollister Hills, CA.  All of these people were very stuck, and couldn't have gotten out without a winch.  When I am done pulling them out, they ask me about my winch.  R.W., Pleasonton, Ca.

Recently bought a MM e9000. . I recently went wheeling and there was a newer H1 seriously stuck in the sand. A f-250 on 35s got stuck trying to pull him out and a chevy 1500 on 33s also got stuck trying to pull him out. After I pulled them out I winched the H1 one out with no issue. Everyone's jaws dropped. They thought I had some super high priced, super high capacity winch hiding there. After I told them what it was there were even more impressed. G.S. Mayo, Fl.
I have recently purchased a e9000lbs winch. i have already had to use it on several different occasions. i have to say it does everything i was looking for in a winch and i didn't have to refinance my home to buy it. thank you for such a great product.  J. G. Jacksonville, Fl.

I just wanted to drop you guys a line and tell you how pleased I am w/ my Mile Marker purchase. I recently installed the E-12000 on my '94 Explorer Eddie Bauer. I was very pleased w/ the product (which I purchased @ Summit Racing) and the quality. The instructions and manuel were very clear and easy to understand. My only complaint w/ the install was that the ground was hard to hook up underneath, as I had already installed the winch on the bumper. I placed a call to your customer service to try and acquire an extra mounting bolt, as I stripped one out. The guy who I spoke to on the phone was of great help. He rushed me the bolt along w/ your great DVD. Maybe this is just business as usual for you guys, but I have had a great difficulty dealing w/ other aftermarket companies lately, so it is nice to see a company that actually wants your business. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to dealing w/ your company in the future. J.L. Sandusky, Ohio

I recently purchased the E12000 for my '94 Dodge Ram with 38.5 Swampers. I love this winch!!

I attended a club ride over the weekend where it pulled two dead Jeeps up an 8 foot waterfall and pulled my truck up a 20% grade and then out of a frame deep mudhole with ease!! I burned up my old Ramsey Pro9000 under similar circumstances. One of the dead Jeeps burned up his W8000 winch before I had to pull him!! Everyone was shocked at the speed and grunt of this winch.

Hello M.Marker,
I am writing all of you...support staff, engineer's, phone operators, etc. You truly have a superior product and support staff. Yesterday in central California my 3300 lb jeep pulled a 2000 chevy suburban out of THICK clay like mud. This truck was buried all the way to the frame. Two trucks anchored me and my 10,500 75 series got him out. The local sheriffs deputy's mouth was wide open. The onlookers were stunned and the warn guys were very quiet. You all have one incredible product going. Keep up the excellent work!
Modesto, Ca.

Dear Sirs,

The Mile Marker winch is without a doubt the best winch I've ever seen or used. It was already installed on the Defender when I purchased it used. I will never buy an electric winch.

Kernersville, NC

I JUST BOUGHT ONE OF YOUR 10,500LB HYDRAULIC WINCHES. IT WAS THE BEST MONEY I HAVE SPENT ON MY TRUCK YET. I HAVE GOT SOME AWSOME PICTURES OF ME STUCK AND THE WINCH JUST PULLING LIKE HELL. I HAD IT BURIED UNDER ABOUT 2 FOOT OF MUD AND WATER. THE REMOTE PLUG IN WAS MOUNTED TO THE WINCH SO I HAD TO PLUG IT IN UNDER WATER. I TIED THE WIRE AROUND THE NEREST TREE AND I WILL BE DAMNED IF IT DIDN'T PULL ME RIGHT OUT. I WAS IN MY BLAZER WITH 6" OF LIFT AND 35'S YOU COULD NOT SEE MY FRONT TIERS IN THE WATER. I AM VERY IMPREST WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND WOULD SUGGEST IT TO ANYONE I TALK TO.

THANK YOU,
Kansas City, Mo.

Hi I have one of your 10,500# hydraulic winches. I like it very much. I use it for bring wood out if the woods. I can pull out 100 feet of cable hook up to a log and as long as I have gas in truck it pulls with out giving up. The thing is great. The one thing I don't like about it is I keep pulling my chains in two. I can't keep up with replacing chains other that that it is a great thing.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I am a mechanic in the United States Army currently stationed in Kuwait. I
emailed your company a while back to get the correct NSN/part number for the
Mile Marker hydraulic winch. You responded to my email and provided me with
the information I requested. I would just like to say thank you for helping
me. I would also like to say thank you for providing us with such a great
product. The hydraulic winch is a great addition to our High Mobility
Multi-purpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV). I have installed quite a few.
There are really simple to install and very easy to operate. I have tested
this winch personally, while stationed at Ft. Polk, Louisiana. This winch
out-preformed our old electric winches in every way. Once again, thank you
for providing a great product.

I have just purchased your 10,500 winch and had it mounted on my Ford F-250. I have only had it one day but when I load wound the first three layers on the spool, I performed flawlessly. I have had two electric winches (Name brand) that have not been able to do a full pull at any time without recharging the battery. This is wonderful. Thank you
Corry, Pa.

HI!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE ALMOST PERFECT WINCH IN THE WORLD , I DID SHOW THE OTHER WINCHES WHAT A REAL ONE CAN DO UNDER MAX LOAD. I MEAN I PULLED MY JEEP UP A HILL ABOUT 70 FEET AT 75 DEGRES ALONG WITH A DEAD 3/4 TON CHEVY TRUCK WITH 40" TSL BOGGERS ON IT THE WARN 9500I GAVE UP THE GHOST . NOW HE HAS MM9000E JUST LIKE MINE, AND HE SAID HE NEVER BUY WARN WINCH AGAIN ," I TOLD YOU SO"!!!!!!!!!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!
Pasadena, Texas

I have had a 9000E winch for a year now and I cant say enough good things about it. Very dependable and outstanding performance. I am constantly harassed for having a 'cheap winch', but it has never failed. In fact it has done some extreme waterfall climbs that have killed a few Warn winches. I plan on getting a hydraulic for my newest jeep project this fall.
Thank you for your time
Chinook, Mt.

I'VE HAD MY MILE MARKER 9000 FOR ONLY TWO DAYS AND I'VE ALREADY PUT IT THROUGH SOME SERIOUS ABUSE. I PULLED OUT A FORD F-350 SUPER DUTY TODAY AT MY REGULAR WHEELIN SPOT, ALSO I YANKED OUT A K5 BLAZER WITH 38'S. I HIGH CENTERED MY JEEP AND THE WINCH SHOWED ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS OF STRAIN AT ALL. I MET UP WITH A GUY WHO HAD A WARN 6000 WHICH HE PAID $980 FOR WHO BURNED UP THE MOTER TRYING TO CLIMB A 20% GRADE. HE WAS QUITE PISSED. BUT I'M HAPPY.
